A: Your only problems are that you believe that male masturbation is a bad habit and that you think of twice a day as being a lot. Neither is true. A survey of over 3,000 men revealed that on average, a man masturbates 8-9 times a week. Included in this survey are men in sexual relationships and marriages (who pretty much all still masturbate, but possibly less frequently) as well as those who are too embarrassed to admit the truth. Put those two facts together and it seems that twice a day is probably just slightly more than average. Or to put it another way, you are normal.
