Strictly from the perspective of lubrication this stuff isn't as good as plain sex lube, like ID, but it's better than a lot of other options, and is an exception to the flavored lube below. If you find a warming lube, it can add a fun touch to the experience. It's kind of like a warming massage oil, if you've ever tried that, but slicker and wetter.
